Our Story
A transatlantic phone call planted the seed for The Option Expert. The two founders believed they could bring something new to the options trading market: educating retail investors on how to increase their odds by taking a dual trader/investor approach. The Option Expert proposes a unique offering: free options education for all, and unique short- and long-term option strategies for its Members. It aims to be a leader in corporate social responsibililty, donating 5% of its after-tax profits to charitable initiatives.

Partner Biographies
Guillaume Wiesenbach de Lamazière
Executive leader in asset management and banking. He carries 25 years of international experience in the financial industry (Goldman Sachs, Natixis, AIG) in various locations (NYC, London, Paris). He holds a double MBA (USA and France). He is a Professional Risk Manager and Certified Global Management Accountant, and has passed the CFA and CPA exams. Guillaume also teaches courses in finance at university level as an international visiting professor. Above all, he is an active equity and ETF options trader.
Elisabeth Jamieson
Elisabeth brings a unique blend of strategic and financial skills with operational can-do capabilities. She has 20 years’ experience working in a wide-range of capacities in an international economic think-tank, investment banking and as an entrepreneur. Her 10 years of equity research experience covered multi-sectors and geographies. She left investment banking to head the UK franchise of a manufacturer of freshly-baked goods targeting the diabetic market segment. Elisabeth holds an MBA in Finance and Corporate Management.
