Our Difference
We are different. Not only are we options traders but we also have over 35 years of combined experience in capital markets and asset management giving us a wide understanding of all market dimensions and key areas in finance.
We take a dual trader/investor approach whereby we stand ready to invest capital through/along options in underlyings we believe in. Appraising the market from both a long-term investor and short-term trader perspective allows us to leverage more trading opportunities than would otherwise be possible. As a result we have developed some unique trading strategies which we have tested successfully over time trading with our own funds. At all times we advocate taking a balanced approach that supports sound risk management.

We tilt our trades toward specific sectors while managing risk exposure through options as appropriate. While diversification is a valued principle, most sectors and asset classes become highly correlated during market disruptions (e.g., 2008 financial crisis, COVID-19 epidemic) and fairly non-correlated during bull markets.
Therefore, we believe that:
- the best way to manage risk is through the use of options themselves rather than diversification, and
- sectors such as information technology, healthcare, communication services, and financials may offer significant growth due to the development of new technologies.

We have also introduced the concept of “grandfathering” which guarantees that all existing members will never be subject to an increase in fees unless their account is canceled and they wish to re-join at a later date.
- Responsible citizenship: We believe that social responsibility concerns each and every one of us now. Consequently we “walk the talk” and donate 5% of our after-tax profits to charitable initiatives.
